Chain Rule

The chain rule is a technique for differentiating a composition of functions, that is, when one function is nested inside another.

ddx[f(g(x))]=f′(g(x))⋅g′(x)\frac{d}{dx}[f(g(x))] = f'(g(x)) \cdot g'(x)
