Singing Voice Conversion

Singing Voice Conversion (SVC) is Voice Conversion applied to singing: transforming a recording of one singer so it sounds like a different target singer, while keeping the lyrics, melody and timing the same.

It's harder than converting speech because the pitch has to be preserved accurately and singing covers a much wider range of pitch and expression. That's why SVC models like So-VITS-SVC often use pitch-aware vocoders.
