Dreams
Dreaming is OpenClaw's scheduled background memory consolidation process. Its memory-core plugin reviews recent notes and eligible session transcripts, stages promising information, reflects on recurring themes, then promotes selected memories into MEMORY.md (OpenClaw).
It also writes a Dream Diary to DREAMS.md. The “Dreams” tab shows the diary and the process's status. The diary is for human review; it is not the agent's durable memory or a source for promoting new memories (OpenClaw).
